All Sela products should be taken between 1-2 hours before/ after meals, never at the same time as this may interfere with the effectiveness of the products.

Do not add milk to the Sela tea. You may add one teaspoon of brown sugar or honey (but for best results do not add any sweetener)

All persons from the age of 12 years and older are allowed to use Sela products

Sela Blood Sugar Tea with Cape Aloe has been specially formulated to offer blood sugar support.

Traditionally used to:

  • Maintain stable blood sugar levels

Directions for use

Add 1 teabag to a cup of freshly boiled water. Allow teabag to draw for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink whilst warm. For best results, drink between 1 and 3 cups of Sela Blood Sugar tea daily.
You can use your teabag twice!

  • Camellia sinensis (Black Tea) : 676 mg
  • Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos Tea) : 600 mg
