Order Tracking

*If your order status shows “complete” it means we have received your payment and your order is successfully processed. Your parcel will be dispatched from our warehouse in the next 2-5 working days. 

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Parcel Tracking

Your unique waybill number is indicated on your invoice which can be used to conveniently track the whereabouts of your parcel by clicking on the button below.  Tracking information will become available once your order has been handed over to our couriers, which is normally within 24 hours of placing your order.  Note that all deliveries take 2-5 working days.  If you have not received your parcel after 10 working days, please log a query here.
